Q: How do I wash my apparel?
A: Turn your item(s) inside out, wash in cold water and hang to dry.

Q: Can I change the font colour of my item?
A: Yes, please send an e-mail with your order number and we can discuss a different font colour.

Q: Can I return or exchange my purchase?
A: All custom orders are non-refundable. If there is a defect in your item upon receiving, please notify me within 24hrs and I will happily exchange it for you. 

Q: Do you offer free pick-up?
A: Yes, I offer free local pick-up in Kanata, ON. There is an option for this when checking out.
